For the first time in years, there is an uptick in the number of U.S. college graduates wanting to work for large companies, with a 37 percent increase over last year. And over half of Millennials would rather work at a large established organization with many employees than a small start-up-like company with few employees.

While many Millennials see value in stable and safe jobs with big brands and companies, there is still a strong desire to work for themselves as shown in the "My own company" response.

Google, Amazon, Disney, Microsoft, Nike, and Apple also made the top ten brands Millennials say they'd be proudest to work for list. Its clear Millennials are gravitating to the companies that have an impact in their daily lives.

Generation Z's Top 25 Preferred Employers is also dominated by brands that impact their daily lives, such as Instagram, BuzzFeed, Netflix, and Chick-fil-A.
