This video is the highlight reel of a recent talk I did in Frisco, TX at the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) Leadership Development Symposium. I had the epic opportunity to talk to 600 fire chiefs and emergency service leaders about what it will take to be an effective next generation leader.
Fun Fact: there were 2 gigantic firetrucks on stage (you can get a slight glimpse of them in the video) and like any dude, I asked if I could deliver my talk from the hydraulic platform but no luck. Probably for the best.
